With the risk that online customers face, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that to the best of our ability we ensure each product ordered is delivered.
If you do not receive your shipment within 2 weeks, please contact our customer service department. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible, if the shipment is confirmed to be lost, broken, or defective we will re-ship your order within 2 business days.
Product Delivery
We take great pride in our products, and even more pride in delivering them satisfactorily to you our client. We are confident that every product purchased will meet your business needs, if not exceed them. If you have any issues with your product delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department. We'd be happy to assist you in any way possible.
1. What is the typical delivery time?
Typical delivery times for within the United States are 7-10 business days, but due to supply limitations, national holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control it could take longer. If we are aware of this occurance before or during shipment, we will notify you accordingly.
2. My delivery has taken longer than expected, what should I do?
With the expectation that your delivery could be anywhere from 7-10 business days from order date, please feel free to check the tracking number we provided. If you notice your tracking number is invalid, lost, or misplaced please notify us at your earliest convienence.
3. My order is damaged, lost or defective, what should I do?
If your order is not as expected, please return the product(s) & packaging along with a photo of the shipment as arrived. This is to assist us in ensuring a quality shipping experience, if you have returned a damaged or defective product please allow 14-20 business days for re-shipment. We must confirm delivery before we can re-send your order.
If your order was lost, and you have already checked your tracking number. Please contact our customer service department, we will be happy to assist you. After confirmation of the lost order we will make available our product in downloadable form, along with a free trial to any of our other products to make up for the delay!
4. I received the wrong product(s), what happened?
If your order was recieved, but you believe you recieved the wrong product(s) please review your receipt. If your order did not arrive as delivered please contact our customer support department, we will be happy to assist you in any possible way.
5. My card was never charged, but I received a product?
If you received a product, but you were not billed there are multiple reasons for this occurance.
1) You received your shipment faster than your payment method was fully processed.
2) You signed up, and received our 7-Day Free Trial. We offer you complete access to our product for 7 full days, where you will be billed accordingly unless you follow our return policy.
3) Your payment method failed to process, and we were notified after the product was shipped. If this is the case, we request you to provide an alternate method of payment or return the product.
